How It Works
- Upload Your Photo – We can work with almost any image, whether it’s people, pets, or groups. For best results, choose a bright, clear photo where the subject is fully visible, unobstructed, and taken in good lighting conditions. Please note: if your image has people cropped at the sides, they’ll appear cropped in the artwork too, leaving no room to add the watercolour edges.
- Preview & Revise – Once our designers create your artwork, you’ll receive a digital preview before printing. We offer revisions, so you can work with us until you’re happy with your artwork. Please note that if you do not respond to our approval request, we will auto-approve it after a few days to ensure we hit our delivery timescales.
- Enjoy Your Artwork – After approval, your portrait is professionally printed, carefully packaged, and shipped to you. Unbox your finished piece and enjoy displaying it in your home or gifting it to someone special.

Print Only Options: For our Small - Large prints your chosen design will be printed in the size you select onto high quality satin 350gsm finish art card and posted to you in protective board back envelope packaging. For our Extra large and XX Large prints these will be printed onto high quality satin finish 280gsm art card and sent in a protective postal tube. No frame, easels, stands or accessories included are included with the print only options.
Framed Options: We have a variety of frame finishes to choose from. Your chosen design will be printed onto high quality satin art card and arrive ready framed in the size & frame finish you select. Please see additional product images for frame finishes. Our frames are high quality, sturdy and robust. Frames are supplied with strut backs up to and including 12″ x 10″ to hang or stand either way. Frames above 12″ x 10″ can hang either way. All frames are fitted with 2mm Perspex.
Canvas Options: Your chosen design will be printed onto quality heavy weight canvas, finished with varnish and then it will be stretched and mounted onto a 38mm wooden bar box frame and arrive with fixings ready to hang on the wall.

I have an old photograph or physical print – can I use this?
Yes! We’ve worked with many old photographs and created some of our most meaningful portraits this way. For best results, we recommend scanning your photo, or taking a high-quality picture of the print with your phone or camera. If you’re unsure, just contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.
