When sending party invites to your friends and family it is important to remember you include the key information such as: 

• What you are celebrating

• Date of the event

• Location of the event

• Time of the event

• How to RSVP

This is the standard stuff you should add, and it really stands out, but you can really enhance the invites and add a personalised touch by adding details such as including their name, your contact number and featuring exact address details such as postcodes, defining factors (If the location is hard to find) & street names (even if they’ve been before it won’t hurt) 

If your event has a special theme like fancy dress it is important to also included this. Allowing your guests can attend as prepared as possible. 

Other small details that make the invite that bit better especially if its food focused or a kid’s party is asking guests to raise any dietary requirements they may have. This helps you make sure everyone is safe!
