Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of ordering, Monday-Friday.
Although the majority of first class post arrives next day, we cannot guarantee it.
All UK orders are dispatched from our UK Based print facility and all USA orders will be dispatched from our USA based facility.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your item to arrive in the UK & USA before contacting us.
For orders being delivered outside of the UK & USA this can take between 5-15 days.
If your item hasn't arrived after this time please contact us.
You can choose to have your item sent to you first at your billing address, or have it sent directly to the recipient by entering an alternative address during the checkout process.
Some items such as large personalised invitation orders and gifts may need somebody to be present at the delivery address to accept the package.
If you are sending the item outside of the UK or USA, please ensure you select and pay for international delivery or your order may be delayed whilst we contact you for additional payment. International delivery can take up to 20 days but is usually a lot quicker.
